Area of Work
Guidance, Counselling & Learner Support
We provide guidance, counselling and practical support to learners, families and education stakeholders to promote educational success, wellbeing, informed decision-making and positive transitions. Our work includes career and educational guidance, learner support, parent and caregiver guidance, and support for families of children with disabilities and special educational needs.
Why it matters
Choices about subjects, schools, careers and next steps shape a young person's future. Many learners and families make these decisions with little information or support, and learners facing personal, social or learning challenges can fall behind or drop out.
Good guidance and timely support help every learner stay in school, make informed decisions and move confidently through each stage of education.
